【摘要】Hydronephrosis is a recognized pathologic condition in the patient, and can be congenital, hereditary, or acquired[1-3]. Hydronephrosis is acommon disease in urological clinical practice, which is one of the major causes of renal insufficiencyand renal failure. Dilatation of the renal pelvisand calyceal system can occur even in the absence of urinary obstruction; therefore,hydronephrosis is not interchangeable or synonymous terms.
